We believe it’s our sacred duty to protect the well-being of everyone in our care. In alignment with our diocese, Churches for the Sake of Others (C4SO), we are dedicated to providing a safe, healthy environment for all at Christ Our Peace.
Our Policies
We follow established diocesan policies for protecting children, youth, and adults. All our volunteers are background-checked, MinistrySafe trained, and dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for every student. We also follow a two-teacher rule in every classroom, ensuring there are two adult leaders present to supervise and care for the children. This policy provides an added layer of security and promotes a safe, supportive experience for everyone. Reporting Misconduct
Under the C4SO whistleblower policy, anyone experiencing harm, abuse, or harassment is encouraged to report it. This policy strictly protects whistleblowers against retaliation and further harassment. Please reach out to the C4SO Diocesan Safety, Response, and Care Team.
