Our Heart for COPA Kids!
Our hope is that every child who walks through our doors knows two things: God loves them and they belong.
At the core of everything we teach is this truth:
God is love.
Jesus is God’s love made visible.
Knowing Jesus’ love helps us love God and our neighbors.
A Welcoming Space for Young Learners
Our model is multi-age learning where kids can experience God’s big redemptive story through storytime, play, and hands-on collaborative activities.
Our lessons are designed for preschool - 3rd grade students, but toddlers are always welcome to join in. Infants are best served by remaining with their families during the service.
And of course, children of all ages are welcome in the worship service! To aid in their participation, coloring materials, pages, and activity sheets are provided at the Hospitality Table.
Sunday Rhythm
Check-in takes place downstairs, directly outside the classroom, before the service begins. At check-in, you can note any allergies, whether your child may participate in snack time, and any bathroom needs. Leaders do not assist with diapering or bathroom use but will notify you if a need arises.
During the Passing of the Peace, children are brought upstairs for pickup at the top of the stairs and rejoin their families for the rest of the service.
